These terms govern your use of eauand.co and the consulting services provided by EAU & Co, LLC. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Services
EAU & Co provides personal fragrance consulting, including signature scent consultations, fragrance wardrobe curation, bridal and event styling, gift concierge, and group experiences. Services are advisory; we do not manufacture or sell fragrances directly.
Booking & payment
Consultations are confirmed once payment or a deposit is received. Prices are listed per service and may change; the price at the time of booking applies.
Rescheduling & refunds
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session at no charge. Fees become non-refundable once discovery work has begun. If we must cancel, you'll receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at no cost.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable across EAU & Co services, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Our services are provided in good faith for personal enjoyment. Fragrance is subjective and reactions vary by individual; EAU & Co is not liable for allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with third-party products. Always patch-test new fragrances.
